Made-to-your-measurements in our Echo Park, Los Angeles workshop. The original aero cycling jersey for American criterium racing – introduced to the pro peloton in 2009 and refined into the Air Jersey in 2013 when lofted open knit construction was still an original idea. 

Ten panels of multi-dimensional textile, hand-graded to your body for ideal stretch with a custom zipper length. Single needle top stitching throughout with woolly nylon soft overlock inner construction for a ghost Air Jersey fit against your skin. No abrasive cover stitching or hot-glue welded seams, which do not breath, as found in bulk manufactured standard size clothing. Silicon-grip cuff waistband. Original reinforced rear pocket design. The pattern begins when you order – this jersey does not exist until it is made for you. 

This R&D project sets out to create our lightest and coolest jersey, the Air Jersey: White. Our pattern is designed to be form fitting like a skinsuit, yet with the functionality of a jersey. Constructed with a contemporary 4-way stretch performance wicking textile and designed with large reinforced pockets that won't flop and sag. The textile offers superior moisture management and breathability. Made to order in Los Angeles, California.
